Process Component: Project Planning
Description
The Project Planning process component describes the process of producing detailed
plan artifacts in a software project. This component covers areas such as :
- Planning for quality
- Planning for acceptance on delivery
- Planning how to perform useful measurements of progress
- Planning how the project manage risks
Project Planning component adds detailed planning to the Project Management
process in RUP.
