In order to access RDN, you must register. All customers who have a current license for one or more Rational products are able to sign up for RDN. You will need to have your Rational account number available when you register. The content of RDN is very dynamic. Make it a habit to visit it regularly to find the latest information for your needs.

The RUP Knowledge Center

The RUP Knowledge Center is the latest home for, what was previously the RUP Resource Center. Here you'll find RUP support materials, tutorials, white papers, training, RUP roadmaps, articles, discussion forums, examples, and recommended sites for additional process information. The RUP Knowledge Center also hosts the popular Ask Dr. Process column where Dr. Process shares his knowledge by providing answers to the burning questions you have about using RUP in your organization.

The RUP Knowledge Center takes information from many sources within Rational, as well as from customers and other industry experts, and provides a single place for you to go for information that will help you get more out of your use of RUP.

If you are looking for downloadable resources, the RUP Knowledge Center has a download section where you can find just what you are looking for. The download area contains patches, CorelDraw files for the diagrams in RUP, patches, templates, and resources for the Rational Process Workbench.
